Ingredients
Sea Silt*, Water (Aqua), Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Dehydroacetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Benzoic Acid, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol
*Glacial Marine Mud
Usage
Apply a generous layer of mud to skin, avoiding mouth and eye areas. Let mud dry 15 to 20 minutes or until it turns a light aquamarine color. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use Epoch® Glacial Marine Mud two to three times a week.

My girlfriend had a nasty reaction to it, although she is not allergic to anything. We think this is cream was expired, and the company either removed or modified the expiration date in order to be sold. Not buying it ever again.

My teenage daughter has been using this product for over 6 months and it has helped enormously with controlling her breakouts. I still use it as well. The only issue is that it seems to be watery compared to the product I remember. Highly recommend this product.
